We offer international shipping to most global destinations. Standard cross-border delivery takes 7–12 business days on average. All transit times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance processes, carrier adjustments, weather conditions and other external logistical factors outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be forwarded to your registered email address. Paused tracking updates during overseas transit are standard and will not impact final delivery completion.
Customs & Import Liabilities
The customer is solely responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Our brand assumes no liability for shipments detained, returned or penalized by local customs authorities.
Delivery Issue Claims
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. For damaged, missing or transit-lost items, submit a claim with clear photographic proof within 48 hours. All verified valid claims will be resolved with full refunds or complimentary product replacements.
Delivery Address Guidelines
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit a valid and accurate shipping address at checkout. No address modifications are permitted after order dispatch. We are not accountable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Policy Rights
